How we guarantee quality products: the AQL standard
The acronym AQL stands for "Acceptable Quality Level" and indicates the maximum number of defects considered acceptable during sample inspections: it is one of the reference parameters for certifying the quality of individual production batches. Defining a shared AQL standard across the entire value chain, from the raw material supplier to the end customer, makes it possible to reduce costs arising from quality inconsistent with the order protocol.
For this reason, every production entrusted to Pixel Communication undergoes a series of checks on the individual components of the product, verifying their correspondence both functionally and aesthetically.

Transit times vary depending on the transport chosen: by sea 70-80 days, by rail 20-25 days and by air 7-10 days. Ships remain the most economical option, while rail is an excellent compromise between time and cost.

The lower overall cost of a direct import is the main motivating factor. The longer turnaround time is amply balanced by the economic advantage and the possibility of having a 100% customised product.
