Every consumer buying in the European Union is protected by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years. Below is the official EU notice that explains this right; it is shown here exactly as published by the European Commission.
What the legal guarantee covers
The goods must match the description, be of the agreed quality and work as intended. If a lack of conformity appears within two years of delivery, we are responsible for it.
What you can ask for
First free repair or replacement. If neither is possible, is too slow or causes you significant inconvenience, you can ask for a price reduction or a full refund.
How to make a claim
Write to info@pixelcommunication.it or call 0931 522037, describing the problem and attaching the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or bank statement) and, if possible, a photo. We reply within two working days.
Printed and personalised goods
Custom printing follows the file and the proof you approve. The legal guarantee covers defects of the goods and of the print (for example print that peels off or colours that do not match the approved proof), not a change of mind about an approved design.
Business purchases (VAT number)
For purchases made by a business the consumer legal guarantee does not apply: the rules of the Italian civil code apply (articles 1490 and following), with defects to be reported within eight days of discovery.
Commercial guarantees
Where a producer offers an additional commercial guarantee, it is stated on the product page. It is always in addition to the legal guarantee and never replaces it.
